Project New Hope
From Goodwill to Aggressive Re-armament

Project New Hope started when the Empire had faced a series of turmoils at the same time. The Imperial System couldn't handle the problems because they were multiple and seem to trigger other problems while depriving the Providence and Departments of containing them.

The Empire suddenly had come up with three problems, they are the following:

1)Devastine Military Separatists

2)3 enemies independent from each other were coincidently raiding the Empire.

3)The Yis'raeli religion had lost significant members with Atheism rising at a dramatic pace.

The government's first strategy was to handle it all at once. Unfortunately, with the Yis'raeli religion losing popularity, not enough devotees were not willing to save the Empire, whom, is under the influence of the Yis'raeli Sphere. This deprived the Empire of manpower. Because of that, the government had decided to change its approach, handle it one at a time. The first problem was to stop the Devastine Separatists. Unfortunately, the 3 raiding, enemy fleets attacked the Hammer-Strike Force fleet while traveling and had to retreat, leaving Devastis to fall under the Separatists' control. The government postponed the attack and concentrated with the popularization of Yis'raelism. The Devastine Separatists had a more liberal mind, spreading freedom of religion and Agnostics became a new problem. The government then decided to attack the 3 raiding fleets which have been on Irken Territory for quite a while. Unfortunately, the Combined fleet was hastily-armed and had to improvise at some points. The attackers were repelled but nearly all of the Irken Defense Forces was destroyed in constant battles. The government had another problem, they had wasted a significant amount of money to defend their home and the Empire was going to collapse If problems continue.

The government decided to stop spending on the problems and instead turned to Yis'rael. They prayed and repented. Yis'rael saw this and told them "Blessed are you, My People, for thy faith is great, ye shall be saved."
Yis'rael then called upon horrible plagues on the Atheists and showed that He was not dead and His power was great. Yis'raeli quickly grew again and the 3 fleets who were going to return, had been stopped by an Ultimatum from Irk's allies who was said that was Yis'rael's doing. The Devastines were affected by the plague and Devastis was now only friendly to those righteous and Yis'raeli.

After these events, the Empire was still at ruin, Grand Chancellor De La Croix, thinking that Yis'rael was done, had a vision from Yis'rael while sleeping. The vision told him to find a new home for His People. A home where they are free from suffering. The Grand Chancellor wasted no time and he used whatever money was necessary to finance a project... New Hope.

9 months have passed since the project began and the first of the New Hope Fleets launched into the blackened Irken sky...

They returned with good news and took people who wanted to go with them. all was good for welfare. The economy was going up again faster than the Atheists' and materials, buildings, etc were being replaced. A monument had been built to Commemorate and Honor, The One God Who Saved Us All.

A problem still sticked out: Irken Defense. They were vulnerable to another attack. They had to act fast. They looked at the new planet and said to themselves "This is good...". The plan was to turn the New Hope colony into a military colony where all of the Empire's military shall be safe, built and imported. Grand Chancellor Ezekiel De La Croix, approved of this and New Hope was renamed Imperious.
