Recently, a "leak" from the Irken Intelligence Agency has caused widespread confusion, distrust and even panic. The leak apparently had contained the Phoebus Defense Information and the government admitted that it was SPYING and the Monarch of Phoebus commented on this event as "Disasterous".
Grand Chancellor, Ezekiel De La Croix in Irken Government Center apologizes to the action they have commited against a trustworthy ally.

Grand Chancellor, Ezekiel De La Croix wrote:
I come here before the People of Irk and to some Phoebans... To admit that we have knowingly commited a dishonorable action of spying against a trustworthy ally. We sincerely apologize for the action we have done t oyou, my people and to the Phoebus Monarch. Words cannot describe our regret and humility. We also admit that we were considering to attack the Kingdom just so we can assimilate it into the Empire. We have had weapons and men on the ready when the Council of Providence and the Emperor were to give the order. These acts of treason have gone against the code of this alliance itself. That is, to NOT wage military conflict with an alliance member. We hope and pray to Yisrael that this "scars" would heal quickly and be forgotten. Less we enter an eternal hostility that beings no compromise in the future. I solemnly swear to Yisrael, that I will not allow anything like this to happen again. Thank you...
